If you received wrong or faulty items from us, we’ll of course support you. Please contact us directly in this case – we’ll handle it right away.

Return / Withdrawal

If you’d like to return items from your order because they don’t meet your expectations, please use our Withdrawal Portal:

Note: The Withdrawal Portal only works for customers of our online shop. For orders via marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, OTTO), please contact the respective marketplace.

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw your purchase contract within 30 days of the day you received the goods.

What happens after the return?

As soon as your return has arrived and been processed in our warehouse (usually up to 14 days), we’ll refund the purchase price. The refund always goes back to the payment method of your original order. More on this in the article When will I receive my refund?
