When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your return has arrived and been processed in our warehouse, we initiate the refund of the purchase price. Processing usually takes up to 14 days.

Which payment method gets the refund?

The refund always goes to the same payment method you used for the original order:

• Credit card: The credit will appear on your next monthly credit card statement.
• PayPal / Klarna / SEPA: The refund goes directly to your linked account.

What if nothing happens after 14 days?

If you haven’t received the refund after 14 days, please get in touch – we’re happy to help and will check the status of your refund.
