How do I send items back?

Returns via our Withdrawal Portal within 30 days from receipt of the goods – simple, fast and free.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within up to 14 days after receipt of the return – back to the payment method of your original order.

Replacing damaged / defective items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, contact us with your order number – we'll personally take care of the replacement.
