Replacing damaged / defective items

If your goods arrive damaged or defective, please get in touch with us with your order number. We’ll handle the issue and walk through the next steps with you.

Before you reach out: Please first check our common troubleshooting tips in the Problems & Solutions category – often the issue can be solved in a few minutes yourself.

What we need from you

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage or defect
  • If possible: a photo of the affected item

What happens next

As soon as we have all the information, we’ll get back to you within one business day with a solution – be it a spare part, replacement or refund. For damages within the warranty period, this is of course free of charge for you.
