My parcel hasn’t been delivered

Please check the tracking first to see what’s described as the issue. Then contact the customer support of the shipping carrier (DHL or Hermes) with your tracking number.

As a retailer, we unfortunately have no way of contacting the shipping carrier again once the parcel has left our warehouse. The carrier communicates exclusively with the recipient – which in this case is you.
