If your discount code hasn’t arrived, please check your spam folder first. The voucher is usually sent within a few minutes after sign-up.

T-Online addresses: Email addresses from T-Online often have delivery issues with our newsletter. If possible, please use an alternative email address.

Still no code?

If you can’t find a voucher in your spam folder either, please get in touch – we’ll send the code to you manually.
