Bottle cap scratches / grinds

Our cap is made entirely of stainless steel, because we deliberately wanted to avoid plastic. A slight scratching or grinding sound when closing it is therefore normal and harmless – stainless steel on stainless steel simply produces a more metallic noise than plastic.

When should you reach out?
